The Adolescent Pregnancy and Parenting Program (APPP) is a broad-based case management program for pregnant or parenting teens in Benton, Franklin and Yakima Counties. APPP staff are warm, caring people who are sensitive to the client's needs. Staff members understand human relationships, and are especially tuned to the variety of situations faced by the pregnant teen and teen parents.
